Bring fresh ingredients to life in our kitchen. As a Line Cook, you'll prepare menu items with precision and creativity, maintain food quality standards, and work closely with our culinary team to deliver bold, flavorful dishes every day.
- 1+ years culinary or kitchen experience
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for fresh, quality ingredients
Lead your team with confidence and care. As Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, support team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain Costa Vida's standards of excellence during your shift. A great stepping stone to management.
- 2+ years restaurant experience required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
Help tell the Costa Vida story. You'll manage social media presence, coordinate local promotions, support campaign development, and work to grow our brand across digital and community channels. Creativity and food passion welcome here.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Social media management experience
- Strong writing and creative skills
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe a plus)
Bring the Costa Vida experience to events big and small. You'll coordinate catering orders, liaise with clients, manage logistics for on-site events, and ensure flawless delivery of our food and service to corporate clients and private gatherings.
- Event planning or catering experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and transport catering equipment
